TRAINING WORK?

We get orphanages the education they need in 3 stages:

1. CONNECTION
The Oak Life team does a home visit to meet with directors and caregivers. We discuss the home's needs, learn their stories and assess how Oak Life can be of maximum support. A pre-training is done to give staff a foundational understanding of what they will be learning.

2. EMPOWERMENT
The orphanage staff receives 3-5 days of intensive classroom learning with Oak Life. Courses are tailored to the home's specific needs, and contextualized with their children in mind.

3. IMPLEMENTATION
The Oak Life team offers follow-up consulting hours, collaborating with the home to problem-solve and support their implementation process of the materials they have learned.
